TOBY
This handsome and gregarious Thoroughbred gelding, now 15, was deeply bonded to his mare, Tuli, who passed on last August. Toby surprised us with his quiet acceptance of her death and has slowly formed new bonds, though less intense, with two other mares in our herd. When we invite him to dance with us in the arena, though, he comes alive.
